Father…may this be the day in which our thoughts and actions and words are such that tomorrow there will be no should haves, could haves or would haves…
our source of regrets, disappointments, the source of thoughts that make us blush with embarrassment… the stuff that inspires grinding and gnashing of teeth.
Father…as we continually seek more knowledge and understanding and wisdom, may we not hesitate to apply what You have already given us for forming and carrying out of our thoughts and words and deeds.
May this be the day Father, we stop our waiting…
speak to You how it is we just want to do what is right and good, in Your eyes…
speak to You honestly and without pretension… from our hearts…
Then, trusting You will bring all to the fruition of good… may we act in the knowledge and wisdom You have provided us… give it all into Your hands Father… and Thy will be done.
May this be the day and forever more Father, for thinking our thoughts, speaking our words and doing our deeds in a spirit of peace, because Father…
We trust You… and the battle is already won.
