Each new day, You give us a gift for which we are so grateful, Father. This is the day and this is the world You have made. And for now, it is our time and our dwelling place.
As we make our way, day by day, to that future time and place You have planned for us may we be good stewards of this time and place.
May we walk with You, according to Your Ways, that You make known to us through Your Word and Your Spirit within us and in that character, as we journey through the days we are here in this place, we would seek good and do good, in obedience to Your wishes… in so doing make improvements, do repairs, maintain, comfort and encourage… in so doing… leave this place and time better than we found it, better for our having been here as Your children.
You are so good Father and so worthy.
May our love for You grow to be a love worthy to be given You… as we humbly do.
