Father, we thank You… for those people who dedicate their lives to the pursuit of mending broken bodies, doctors You have gifted with knowledge and skill for repairing these marvelously created shells that house our spirits.
It’s no small thing, Father, to be able to put broken pieces back together, to align parts as they should be in order to heal properly and function as designed in the end.
A blessing on them, Father… please… and in their heart of hearts may what motivates them actually be a sincere desire to comfort their fellow man… that their greatest satisfaction, in the end, would be to… with their gift… do what they can do to make whole and restore.
It is an awesome thing to be able to do.
May they be aware of that, humbled, grateful, and labor in joy.
You are awesome Father, doing Your miraculous works through Your created beings.
