MINCHAH PRAYER
“Stay united with Me, as I will with you – for just as the branch can’t put forth fruit by itself apart from the vine, so you can’t bear fruit apart from Me.
I am the vine and you are the branches…” John 15:4-5 CJB.
Father, may we not be so proud that we would not seek help or accept it when offered, when we are in an uncertain place where we need an idea, a pointing in the right direction, an answer or a place that is hard and overwhelming and seemingly completely beyond our own abilities.
In these times Father might we pray for the love and faithfulness of those with whom we need to unite, and who would willingly unite with us, to accomplish a goal and may we be thankful for them.
Thank You that we have brothers and sisters who are willing to join us in what is… our… labor and is… our work…not theirs… and join us as we work, to do the job we have before us.
May the pattern of our conduct with each other imitate Your instructions to us concerning the relationship we are to have.
May it be clear that we stay united with You so that we…can…do a good work, that that good work we are to do…that we are to do…is not something You do for us but in being united with You we are able to do and get done… our work… You have planned… for us to do.
In the midst of the work of our everyday circumstances, may we remain united with one another so that in times of need we can rely on the strength of others to aid us as …we work… to accomplish our goal.
And may we, united with one another, remain united with You so that the goal is accomplished and done so in a spirit that is pleasing to You.
Thank You for the instruction concerning unity You have given, to stay united with You, as the pattern for our relationships with one another, to remain united with one another.
Thank You that that unity with You and with one makes it possible for us to deal with and do our everyday labors as we go.
Thank You Father.
