Your Word is so perfect for instruction Father.
We learn within it, both together what is good and what is evil.
Because it is true, it has the power of conviction for both those in covenant with You and those who are not.
Your Word Father, reveals, to all, who You are, Your heart, Your character…the Definer of good, the One who desires good and does not withhold it. It draws us to You.
Within Your Word Father is also a revelation of what is evil in Your eyes… and our flesh attests to an attraction it has to us and reveals to us, about ourselves, we are inclined to our own ways and desire our own glory.
The prayer is Father, that hard and hardening hearts, upon this vision of You, would melt, surrender their wills and ways to Your will and ways… in the power of Your Holy Spirit… and in that Power we not withhold doing good because we have the power not to… not put off giving out of trivial concern about time… that we would not plan harm against those trusting us… that we would not quarrel with those who have done us no harm.
Our prayer is for faithfulness in these and all Your instructions Father…
And that in so doing we would making use of the ways which You have provided us Father, to love You… and love one another.
In Yeshua’s name we pray…
