New life, the result of the creative act of a man and woman, emerges from the womb to the light of day... a miracle of Your creating Father.
We Pray a blessing over the little ones, in Yeshua’s name, that they might be blessed with health, strong bodies and minds, protection, provision and shelter…
a prayerful blessing we speak, that they know they are loved and wanted by the parents who conceived them and feel like, in a circle of family and loved ones, they belong… and are safe…
May they be blessed with the capacity to love as well, be wise, appreciate beauty… be blessed with happiness, with the ability, and the willingness to find contentment in all circumstances…
be blessed with peace and joy in the midst of all things.
May they be blessed to meet You and enter into covenant with You, faithful in it, intimate and everlasting.
May they receive from Your hand every good and perfect gift from above.
And Father, as parents, as family, and community that supports them, we each of us commit to teach, not just by word, but by example… Your instructions for living and pleasing You. We dedicate time and energy to being attentive to their progress throughout their growth. We dedicate according to who we are and what place we have in the lives of these young ones, according to the prompting and guidance of Your Spirit, to be an influence for good… through authority You give to parents… to all… through a word, our examples, and our prayers.
Enable us all with gifting, with discernment, with knowledge of Your Word that we might, in a sense, accompany the little ones in our sphere of contact, might accompany them prepared and willing to respond to Your Spirit when it presents opportunity, and they believe and place their faith in, and dedicate their lives to You… the dedication that is of their own free will… that is unto salvation.
