Every Saturday we gather together to worship here at The Seed of Abraham Fellowship on Merritt Island and read the Torah portion. Following the teaching, we will sit down for a Fellowship Meal (Oneg). All are welcome – drinks and dessert are provided.

Ha’azinu | What Does It Actually Mean to Love God?

Overview
Ha’azinu (הַאֲזִינוּ) in Hebrew which means “Listen!” “Hear This”
Moses asked Israel a piercing question — “is this how you repay God?” — and Tom uses it to correct a common misunderstanding: loving God was never about warm feelings, satisfying good deeds, or showing up to sing a few songs. It’s obedience, full stop. The rest of the Song of Moses traces what happens when that obedience is abandoned — and the restoration still waiting on the other side of judgment.
